3.1 Power phase loss
Reason: When the inverter power supply is out of phase, the three-phase rectification becomes two-phase rectification. After the load is applied, the rectified DC voltage is low, resulting in an undervoltage fault.
Countermeasures: Check whether the air switch of the inverter power supply or the contactor contacts are in good contact, whether the contact resistance is too large, and whether the input voltage is normal.
3.2 Too many inverters working or starting at the same time
Reason: when multiple inverters start or work at the same time, the grid voltage will drop briefly. It will cause the undervoltage fault of the inverter.
Countermeasure: Minimize the number of inverters that start or work at the same time, install AC reactor on the input side of the inverter, and increase the capacity of the power supply transformer if it is not feasible.
