Working principle

The principle of the vector inverter is based on vector control technology, which converts the three-phase system into an M-T two-phase system through coordinate transformation, and decomposes the stator current vector of the AC motor into two DC components, namely the D-axis current (excitation current) and the Q-axis current (torque current), so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the magnetic flux and torque of the AC motor respectively.

Wide speed range: The speed range can reach 1:100 or even higher, meeting the demand for accurate and wide-range adjustment of motor rotation4.

Good dynamic response: fast response to load changes, can quickly and accurately adjust the torque and speed of the motor in a few milliseconds, so that the motor can still maintain stable operation when the load fluctuates.

Improve motor efficiency and power factor: It can optimize the running state of the motor, reduce energy loss, and generally increase the efficiency of the motor by 5% to 15%. At the same time, it can improve the power factor of the motor, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the equipment and saving operating costs.
