- Program/Confirm Button
This button is the gateway to the SHUYI soft starter’s settings via the control panel. Press once to enter the menu interface (e.g., for setting start voltage or overload protection). After adjusting parameters, press it again to confirm—ensuring changes are saved and applied immediately. - Start Button
The start button triggers the SHUYI soft starter’s gradual voltage ramp-up (from 30% to 100% of rated voltage). It avoids sudden current spikes that damage motors, making it ideal for driving heavy-load equipment. The electrical control panel shows a “Starting” indicator when this button is pressed. - Up/Down Buttons
These buttons work with the electrical control panel to switch and adjust parameters. For example, you can use them to set start time (1-60s) or overload current threshold. Each press changes the value by a small increment, with the panel’s display updating in real time to show adjustments. - Back Button
The back button lets you return to the previous menu layer on the electrical control panel. If you enter the wrong setting interface (e.g., accidentally opening the “Fault Log” instead of “Mode Settings”), press it to exit without saving unintended changes—preventing parameter confusion. - Stop Button
The stop button initiates a controlled shutdown. Unlike direct power cuts, it lowers the motor’s voltage gradually to 0, avoiding water hammer in pumps or mechanical shocks in conveyors. The electrical control panel lights up a “Stopped” signal once the process finishes.
