The motor can adjust the speed according to the frequency set by us, so that the purpose of stepless speed regulation can be achieved in a very wide frequency range. There are several ways of frequency conversion speed regulation. The main method of frequency conversion speed regulation is that we set a frequency command for the frequency converter. The most commonly used setting of this frequency command can generally be given through the operation panel of the frequency converter. Frequency command, pulse signal given, 0 to 10V voltage analog signal given or 0 to 24 mA analog current signal given, communication mode given and contact signal given, etc.

Let me briefly talk about how to adjust the speed of the inverter by taking a ZJSHUYIAD800 inverter in the CNC lathe repairing in the CNC workshop as an example. Let me first talk about the speed regulation of the spindle motor by the frequency converter in the CNC lathe. The speed regulation of the spindle motor in the CNC lathe is carried out by the way of analog value. The analog terminal of the inverter is the voltage signal taken from the CNC system. This voltage signal is controlled by us through the operation of the CNC system. The speed command issued by the panel, and then output the corresponding analog voltage through the D/A conversion module in the numerical control system. This analog voltage is generally 0V to 10V, which corresponds to the minimum and maximum speed of the numerical control system.
